St. Thomas More Parish warmly invites everyone—individuals, families, and especially young adults—to a special evening of prayer, reflection, and community centered on mental health through a Catholic lens.

We are honored to welcome Rev. Francois Diouf, O.S.B., Ph.D., President and Chief Clinical Officer of The Southdown Institute, as our guest speaker. With deep faith and clinical expertise, Fr. Diouf brings a powerful message of hope, healing, and accompaniment for all who struggle with mental health issues—or support those who do.

5:00 – Holy Mass
6:15 – Eucharistic Adoration
7:30 – Talk, Q&A Session
9:30 – Fellowship (Only for Young Adults)

This event is an opportunity to hear a compassionate and faith-filled perspective on mental health that is rooted in both clinical understanding and the Gospel of Christ.
